I wish for you the gift of love.

May you be surrounded by people who love you and that you love back.
May you learn to love and accept yourself as you are.
May you learn to love your body and take care of it exactly as it is right now.

I wish for you the gift of peace.

Peace with whatever may arise in your life.
Peace with your relationship with food.
Peace with your body at the size, shape and health it is right now.

I wish for you the gift of kindness.

May you treat yourself kindly and show yourself the compassion you deserve. May you accept your full humanity and relate to yourself in a way that is supportive and kind.
May you have your own back so you can show up more fully in your life.
May you treat your body, mind and heart with tenderness.

I wish for you the gift of hope.

Whatever might be happening in your life right now, may you never lose hope about the future.
If you are struggling with food and body image, may you never lose hope about transforming your relationship with food, eating and your body.

I wish for you the gift of joy.

May you experience joy from eating all types of foods. May you experience joy in your body by moving it in a way you love. May you experience joy in all that you do in your life. May this quality of joy you experience be a gift to others as it awakens these qualities in all those around us.

Holding all of you in my heart & sending wishes to you for strength, wisdom, self-kindness & peace as we move through this often challenging and joyful life.

Warm wishes,
Xen

“From our first meeting - two faces on Zoom across the world from each other, there was a sense of familiarity and comfort that was a healing balm for a lifetime of food struggles and dieting. Without realizing how much damage I had done to myself by adhering, for decades, to restrictive food plans and rigid diet programs, Xen had a way of redirecting the harsh and negative self-talk and sending me forth each week with compassion, mindfulness and a new way of seeing myself in the here and now. Gone are the maybe somedays, and if-only, and when-I’m-smaller thinking. Now I am committed to the imperfect and rocky path to listening to my body, accepting my perfect imperfections, and rejecting diet mentality. Those negative voices will revisit me from time to time, I know, but Xen has offered valuable tools for meeting each day as a fresh start - another choice, another chance. Her devotion to this work and her belief in her clients is a remarkable gift; I am so fortunate to have found her. It is never too late to let go of the drama and embrace joy, ease and self-acceptance.”
